Background Checks:
Background checks are required unless we are shipping to a governent law enforcement agency. You must be 18 to order. Background checks on pre-owned TASER model weapons are performed beforehand so that they are already registered and working when received.

Shipping:
We will ship to a PO Box via Priority Mail® 2-Day™ shipping now typically takes 3 days. Please note that Priority Mail 3-Day™ now takes 4 business days to some zip codes. FedEx Standard Overnight® next business day shipping is usually with or without a signature. Unless you select "No Signature", a signature will be required. Call 702-617-3300 to confirm overnight availability. If you do not call, it may not ship in time for next day delivery.

Tax:

Delivery Time:
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours and will be shipped the same day in most cases if your order is received by 12 Noon Eastern (9:00 AM Pacific). You will receive a USPS tracking number confirmation by email from Stamps.com or a tracking number from FedEx. We ship throughout the USA, however there are legal restrictions for civilians in some areas. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the laws in your area. We do not sell or ship to Canada or anywhere else outside the U.S. Please be aware of the restrictions (if any) in your area. For example, IL requires a FOID card, DC requires a permit, and MA requires a firearms license. You possess and use a TASER Weapon at your own risk. We assume no responsibility or liability for the possession or use of your TASER weapon. Do not purchase if you are under the age of 18 (or under 21 in some areas) or have a felony conviction. Company policy requires personal information for every purchase to negate any intent or likelihood that our products would be used unlawfully.

Privacy Policy:
Purchasers must provide a driver's license number or other federal or state ID, the last four digits of their social security number, date of birth, a valid phone number, and other identifying information prior to shipping as part of the Anti-Felon campaign in cooperation with federal and local law enforcement agencies.
